We recently completed a transaction with Tim as our realtor and he was awesome. Tim helped us find the perfect investment property in Reno. He was extremely responsive, readily available to show us properties and provided excellent guidance when it came to comps and the best offer price. Tim was clearly in our court when offering us suggestions on what to offer. Many of the homes we looked at were priced over market value which may be ok for a primary residence but doesn’t really work well for an investment property. Tim is a knowledgeable about home maintenance and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that there are no obvious issues with a property. Thanks Tim!
