St. James Village is a private, gated community consisting of 1,600 acres with a maximum of 522 home sites. Home sites range in size from one acre to over four acres.
Conveniently located 13 miles south of Reno, Nevada at the end of Joy Lake Road, St. James Village is developed by National Land Corporation of Nevada. The world-renowned St. James Club in Antigua is under the common ownership of St. James’s Village.
The wonderful neighborhoods of St. James’s Village include: Edgewood at St. James Village: The Woods, Ridge Crest, and Timberlake Court. Each home site has a designated building envelope with a maximum allowable disturbed area not to exceed 20% of the total home site square footage. All utilities are underground.
